Using the Ultimate Road Addon texture pack, I constructed a car park and transport interchange for a major hypothetical shopping centre (Becktova Centre). This was another recreational design project that taught me about what makes a good car park, how to integrate paid parking, and effective pedestrian-friendly road design that can also handle a high volume of traffic.

Orange (free) and Yellow (paid) Car Parks. Encore3 (right) repositioned their firm to the car park of the shopping centre to avoid high rents.
Many of the gardens in this area are sponsored by local businesses or companies.
Full vertical aerial view of the Becktova Centre car park and public transport interchange. Unlike many shopping centres in the real world (cough Warringah Mall B-Line stop cough), high frequency buses have dedicated spaces near the centre entrance for the convenience of passengers.
